Robert W. Hostoffer, D.O.

Education

Dr. Hostoffer graduated from John Carroll University and received his D.O. in 1985 at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic medicine. He completed his residency training at Doctors hospital in Columbus, Ohio. His fellowship training was completed at the University of Alabama. He was the Clinical Associate Director of pediatric and adult Immunology at Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Hostoffer is board-certified in Allergy and Immunology and is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor in Pediatrics at Case Western Reserve.

Specialties

Dr. Hostoffer’s special interests include primary immunodeficiencies, patients with recurrent infections (sinusitis, pneumonia, and bronchitis), and immunoglobulin (IVIGg) replacement therapy. His other interests include, but are not limited to, asthma, allergic rhinitis (hay fever), atopic dermatitis (eczema), food allergies, and hives in both adults and children.
